Consrv is a community engagement effort in partnership with Heal the Bay and the City of Santa Monica. This initiative offers and integrated incentive program aimed to reduce water consumption among the residents and businesses of Santa Monica. This program would be automatically added to existing Santa Monica water and power customer accounts.
